Workplace Safety Inspection course is a basic specialized training for the following personnel:

  • Safety and Security Manager
  • Assistant Safety and Security Manager
  • Safety and Security Supervisor
  • Safety and Security Officer

This course includes the following modules:

  1. Introduction to ISO 45001: This module provides an in-depth introduction to the ISO 45001 standard, explaining its purpose, scope, and the benefits of adopting it. Participants will gain insights into the historical context of occupational health and safety standards and the fundamental principles and requirements outlined in ISO 45001.  It will also explore the significance of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS) and its role in creating a secure work environment. Gain insights into the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) cycle and essential terms integral to the ISO 45001 standard.
  2. Context of the Organization: Assess the internal and external factors influencing the OHSMS within the organization. Understand the organizational context, stakeholders' expectations, and legal obligations shaping occupational health and safety management.
  3. Leadership Commitment: Recognize the pivotal role of leadership in fostering a culture of safety. Learn about establishing clear responsibilities and integrating health and safety objectives into the organization's overarching strategies.
